Strong Opinions @marksbirch: Dumb Money VC Firms
Sorry Mark Birch, you just don’t get VC. Hopefully, in coming years you’ll have as much success closing additional rounds. With VC, a firm only lasts as long as it can keep raising rounds, regardless of whether you like its investment thesis or not. I’m really interested to see over time if they can keep up the momentum. Personally, I think their proposition is unique and I’ll leave it at that.
